I can't open the so-vits-svc-fork.

So i downloaded everything in anaconda and there wans't any issue with the download, but at the and when I could open the program it dind't open it. (It wrote "'svcg' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."). I don't know I screwed up something or anything else.
Could somebody help me with that?
