Deploy the new version of the poll creation form and community creation form on Votecaster.io

Update the new form with these product requirements:

• Deploy the new form on Votecaster.io with the dropdown menu + changes in the censuses
  • Deprecate Alfafrens censuses (?)
  • Deprecate Tokenbased with CSV censuses (?) -> For both 1click and communities
  • Deprecate ERC20/NFT tokenbased in 1click polls but add a "Token-based poll" that has to show a CtA that explain that this type of poll is only available on Communities

To simplify, it should be the same form in the composer action and the website
