Integrate cln with mintd #56
Description
We got a CLN node stood up now. (shoutout @optout21!) Now we need to hook it up to our cashu mint.
We set a fake lightning node in the config here
You can see an example config in the cdk repo here
I'm not sure what all is required since I've never run a mint before. Regardless, we should knock out #57 first. Edit: that's stupid, #57 shouldn't be a blocker. Nice to have but it should not stand in the way of progress towards redemptions.
