• Migrate to `data.table`

  To improve the performance (especially on a larger datasets) it would be nice to rewrite some functions using [`data.table`](https://github.com/Rdatatable/data.table) package. Functions from the `reshape2` package (`melt` and `dcast` ) could be also replaced with functions from `data.table`. `metagMisc` functions that could be improved in a first order: - get_max_taxonomic_rank - parse_uc - phyloseq_group_dissimilarity - prevalence
