How to bind to shift+button?

I'd like to bind expanding the expando to shift+j, and i'd also like to bind collapsing/shrinking the comments to that.

that way I can do almost everything with just j/k and shift+j, but I can't seem to set this up, unfortunately.

This extension has a lot of undocumented extra behaviour where it automatically assumes using shift+ will do a specific thing modifying what alone would do. For example, shift+user opens the user profile in a new tab. At the moment, this cannot be customised (except that what key "user" is can be changed).

However, for those keys that do not have undocumented behaviour, my PR #79 should have the automatic benefit of giving you the ability to set capital letters as the bound key. More work would be required to make it fully work for all cases, but I believe your case would work fine.
