Beta needs fix

Thank you once again for the code contributions! :)

I noticed that beta is initialized to 1, which results in an unbalanced mix when combined with the sigmoid function. Additionally, as the Hugging Face post on InfiniAttention points out, beta doesn't learn well in this configuration and therefore needs to be scaled.
