threshold for circos plot repeats

Hi, 

I understand that the circos plot represents the position of the most abundant repeat families identified, however, I was unsure what the threshold is for this, or what it's based on? How does it decide which repeats to show and not to show? Does the .csv file contain a list of all the repeats it identified including those that didn't make the circos plot?
