Error while running TRASH #28
Description
Hi, I am receiving the following error while running TRASH.
/TRASH/src/mafft-linux64/mafftdir/bin/mafft: Cannot open /TRASH/output/input.fasta_out/temp1/Scaffold_3
But, the folder named temp1 inside the output directory and all the files (and subfolders) inside it were created by TRASH itself. Please guide me on how to fix this.
