some question about output file #17

hello,
i have some qusetion about the output files:
- Why the sum of all consensus.count in Summary.of.repetitive.regions_assembly.fa.csv not equal to the lines counts of all.repeats.from.assembly.fa.csv?
- in the all.repeats.from.assembly.fa.csv, what is the first col "x" means ? and there are many monromer length was 2 or others nrever show in the all.consensus.count in Summary.of.repetitive.regions_assembly.fa.csv?
- Are there the exactly coords of each SRs in the all.repeats.from.assembly.fa.csv ? And how can i kown the exactly coords of each SR?
