Chapter Line Breaks Become Page Breaks?

Hi,

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong with my formatting. I'm trying to have a chapter be formatted as {Chapter}{BR}{Title} but when I do that when I Build/Print the chapter number is on it's own separate page and then the chapter title is on another page with the start of the chapter:

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong? I've also set the chapter heading to include a page break and without that the chapter stays on the same page as the previous chapter.

Hi. This seems to be a bug in the Preview/PDF format. Could you create a bug ticket for this under Issues? I can fix it almost right away.
