What's new in v1.1.1:

Support the latest PureBasic versions. Tested up to v6.20 LTS.
Added effect extension API.
Successfully tested for compatibility with OpenAL Soft.
Updated the pbimplib macro to produce more compact cdecl2stdcall conversion code.
