Questions about the BlueLM-V-3B model on the open-vlm-leadboard

When I checked the open-vlm-leadboard, I found BlueLM-V-3B is the first-place model through models whose parameters are lower than 4B. However, I cannot find any docs/weights about this model. Could you point out something about this model?
