Running in Coverage mode breaks until I refresh

I accidentally hit the "Run Test with Coverage" button. I get an error:

Error: Cannot find package '@vitest/coverage-v8'

I don't really care, but what's more frustrating is that, no matter what tests I tried running after that point, I always get the same error again. I have to refresh (clearing all my test results) before anything will ever bother running again.

What the heck? Is this a bug? Is it reported? Or is there some workaround I'm not aware of?

EDIT:

Ok, it seems I don't have to clear my test results. Refreshing the tests does fix it, and it does not clear the results. I think I had cleared them hoping that would fix it.
