纯commonjs包引用支持es6的包出现异常

whatwg-url是个纯commonjs的包,punycode 是支持es6的包

在 node_modules/whatwg-url/dist/url-state-machine.js:2。 使用require导入punycode，而实际上vite是读取punycode的es6版本的包。
whatwg-url将es6的包当做commonjs包去使用，导致异常
