Italian translation

Hi everyone,
as an Italian user I noticed that we don’t have an official documentation for Vite in Italian, so I started working on a translation based on the official docs here 🇮🇹.

I’m currently looking for people who would like to:
• help proofread what I’ve already translated, or
• contribute to translating the remaining sections.
