What changes the result of class's filed transpiling after v3.0.0?

Given such code, notice this color field of Child:

    this.color = '333'
    const desc = Object.getOwnPropertyDescriptor(this, 'color')

    Object.defineProperty(this, 'color', {
      ...desc,
      configurable: false,

  }
}
class Child extends Base {
  color = '#A53939';
  constructor () {

  }
}

const c = new Child()

Before v3.0.0, Child will be transpiled to:

class Child extends Base {
  constructor() {
      super();
      this.color = "#A53939";
  }
}

It's the same with the esbuild's transpiling result with option target=es2020.

The release v3.0.0 keeps the Child untranspiled, and this code reports the error that Cannot redefine property: color in runtime.
