option for UserConfigExport

Hi,

I am using vite with vitest for writing unit test for react.

The config need to pass the option test for defineConfig of vite, but it seems the interface UserConfigExport still not define this option.

Do we need to add this option to the UserConfigExport?

I can create a PR for this if we need this one
