[FR] add support for direction finding

could improve radar view by showing the actual incoming direction of the signal.

EDIT: more infos here , it seems CTE could still not be supported in Android. Alternative solutions i've found

• combine 2+ beacons and perform triangulation on them like in this case
• use the camera to estimate the direction, like the iPhone does
• use Ultra Wideband (UWB) Beacons
