Random specific presets

effects_mode should be effect_intensities_mode or effect_parameters_mode or presets_mode. We should be able to set the choice between multiple presets in degradatioin_presets to random/all

Using the random_preset file config we can add a parameter in each effect to specify if the intensities are random or not. If they are, the program searches for an interval, otherwise it applies the specified/specific intensity. we can then get rid of the different random_presets/specific_presets folders to integrate this differentiation directly in the config file
