Issue: Particular Signed URL from GCS unable to be loaded on Bitmaplayer

Originally, for my project, I used signed url (from gcs query to a bucket) to upload on deck.gl as a new bitmaplayer which did not have any issues. However, after I made a new gcs bucket and used signed url from that bucket to upload on deck.gl as bitmaplayer (it fails to do so and states a CORS error). What I dont understand is that I did not configure the permission for both buckets differently. Does anyone have some clue where I could have gone wrong? Thanks in advance
