[Help] ArcLayer animation highlighted segment over the line

So I'm trying to create an animation for the ArcLayer that essentially shows a highlighted segment that travels across the line from Start to End (in a loop).

I don't have enough knowledge to know where to get started, however I found this discussion: #5567 that has the exact example in the gif that I am basically looking for, however the discussion is 4+ years old and I can't find a single resource anywhere that can point me in the right direction.

Does anyone know how I can get started on this? None of the other resources I find are what I need (like point to point animation that the line grows from A to B etc, these also don't work on my setup right now regardless).

I'm slowly piecing things together but this is the one bit I have yet to actually figure out in any way.
