Support for 7-bit ISO 15919 #18
Description
Aksharamukha has support for ISO 15919 as an output, but ISO 15919 also includes a 7-bit version that can be typed out on a standard English keyboard. There is no support for this. This would be a quite helpful addition as this standard is probably the most comprehensive one and includes characters that are not present in ITRANS as of now.
Vedic diacritics would most likely be implemented the same as in ITRANS. I am not sure if there are characters that ITRANS covers that ISO 15919 does not other than the "\m+" character in ITRANS (produces the special agama or lupta anusvara).
