When the lab with “&” in its name is built with the script, the analytics snippet attached to the lab pages has "&" but the experiment pages have "&" in it.

Parameter:
"escapeCharOnFlag": "true",
on a lab descriptor will cause the special characters in the lab name to be escaped. I do not exactly remember but we may have put it in order to not lose analytics when we decided to remove the escaping of special characters from lab names.
The issue was fixed on Feb 26th. Any lab built before Feb 26th will have this problem. Any lab built after Feb 26th with this flag set will also have this problem.
Any lab built after Feb 26th with this flag removed from the lab descriptor should be rendered correctly
