Rename legacy VueIntlController namespace to VIntl #86

VIntl was initially named Vue Intl Controller, however it was later renamed to VIntl for simplicity. However, things like VueIntlController have stuck to avoid breaking changes. This, however, is confusing for users with no knowledge of VIntl's past.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be good to rename VueIntlController global namespace to VIntl.
