Move from Render.com to Fly.io

Fly.io offers HIPAA-compliance, while Render.com does not which may be a deal breaker for some healthtech applications.

Anyone sees value in Render.com vs Fly.io?

I support the migration to Fly.io!

Reasons:

• Features: Fly.io provides a more granular and robust config spec for IaC in contrast to Render's Blueprints.
• Pricing: Fly.io offers more flexible and incremental pricing tiers that are noticeably cheaper than Render. Try out their calculator.

Disclaimers:

• One thing I couldn't ignore is the emphasis Fly.io makes about their Postgres service not being managed. I'd need to dig deeper into this to learn about the caveats and tradeoffs.
