Audit trail of receiving a tip?

I received a $1 worth of Litecoin from a user, MungoJelly on reddit via altcoinbot back around 2014 or 2015. I opened an account on Coinbase to claim it. It disappeared from my Coinbase account in some intervening time. Last I contacted them about it, they said they needed proof of the transactions. How exactly might someone go about this?
