Allow any victims to initiate use

If someone uses an anytimer on me, it would be nice if I can initiate the use on thaliany. So for example, I can just grab my phone and take a selfie while trekking the adt. It's not nice if you have to wait for the other to also indicate on thaliany that they used it.

As an example, yesterday someone got and quickly used an any on me. But she didn't create or use it on thaliany yet.
