What worked:

  • Great job using graphs to show the distributions of some of the statistics! I have a clear idea of what your data looks like and you've clearly looked into the different features quite a bit.
  • Your preliminary analysis is coherent and detailed with graphs that show your results from the preliminary regressions you've ran. It's easy to understand your thought process and why you decided to do what you did.
  • You've also done a great job explaining how you avoid overfitting. You provide all your considerations and a detailed plan of how to deal with outliers.

What could be improved:

  • Make sure to specify units on your graphs! Because I can guess what the numbers are based on the project, the data is still clear but the final version of these graphs could use a little more detail and explanation.
  • It read's more like answers to a question rather than a report. Next time consider grouping your report in sections that make sense to the anaylsis you've done rather than the professor's questions as I don't think you need a whole section on features present when you have only one sentence there. It also reads as answers to questions as you have a few fragmented sentences that should be adjusted for a formal report.
-The next steps section could use a bit more detail. You list your plans but don't really go into detail of how you plan on accomplishing your next steps.
