Dealing with nonmonotonic omega22_average #122
Description
In some cases, omega22_average may be nonmonotonic (for example as a side effect of large time steps). Currently, in such a scenario, an exception is raised. We need to avoid exceptions by simply associating the time where omega22_average first becomes equal to fref_in.
