Just added a tiny feature "Strict AllowedIPs in Peer Config".

A checkbox (off by default) if checked leads to having only IP's of targets in "allowed ip's" instead of 0.0.0.0.

This feature was asked for by a user.

Most of the other changes are udates to packages.
