Are there docs on using Tailwind v4 without the tailwind.config.js file?

I was looking at this tailwind plugin https://vidstack.io/docs/wc/player/styling/tailwind/?styling=tailwind-css but mentions hooking in to the tailwind.config file. In tailwind v4, the javascript config file is no longer used by default ref. While they say they support it for backwards compatibility, it would seem that they plan on removing it completely in the future. So are there any guides on how to use the Vidstack tailwind utility classes without using the javascript file?
