[v7.21.7] HLS video stuck at 22:34 with "Playback cannot continue. No available working or supported playlists." error

I am facing an issue while playing an HLS video in Video.js version 7.21.7.
The video plays fine until timestamp 22:34, where it suddenly freezes and throws the following error:

Playback cannot continue. No available working or supported playlists.

Video URL (test case):

Steps to Reproduce:

Initialize a Video.js player with the above HLS video URL.

Play the video normally.

At timestamp 22:34, the playback stops and the error appears.

Expected Behavior:
The video should continue playing without interruption.

Actual Behavior:
Playback stops at 22:34 with the mentioned error.

Environment:

Video.js version: 7.21.7

Browser(s): (e.g. Chrome 128, Firefox 129)

OS: (e.g. Windows 10, macOS 14)

Additional Notes:

The same URL plays properly in some other HLS players.

I specifically need a solution that works with Video.js v7.21.7, as upgrading is not an option in my current project.
