IOS not showing video "full-screen" when rotating the phone

Description

I am trying to get a webplayer working for a friend of mine.
On the browser everything works fine (Windows), i even modified the website (cause she also sometimes watch on the playstation) that it works on there to.
But now when she wants to watch on her iphone the video is just not "rotating"?
See screenshot, i have tried so many of the plugins to get this fixed but yet i am not succeeding in it.
Do note the screenshot is made in landscape mode!

Plesae note i have most of the files local hosted. Now only changed it for the "test-case"
I have tested it with:
videojs-landscape-fullscreen
videojs-mobile-ui

Steps to reproduce

1.Open browser on ios
2.Rotate phone
3.See phone it won't show "full-screen"
