Missing grid meter now longer shows warning on GUI

A missing grid meter in a VE.Bus ESS system still sets com.victronenergy.hub4/Alarms/NoGridMeter == 1, but this does not seem to bubble to the GUI.

The path is monitored in venus-platform, which might be where it gets lost, as it does not seem to show up in /Notifications/NumberOfActiveWarnings.
