Improve the "import bookmarks" feature

If you have already imported your bookmarks to one of the shortcut groups, they will be grayed out if you want to import them to a different one.

There are several workarounds to bypass this inconvenience:

1. Import new group -> move the necessary icons to your groups -> delete the imported group
2. Create the shortcut manually (could be time-consuming)

The shortcut groups are like workspaces for each life area, where you might need an access to the same website fo (e.g. YouTube for "Courses", "Coding", and "Leisure"). It would be great if you could improve the behavior of this feature.
