Custom CSS styling

Hello, or should I say, Bonjourr.

I want to customise the page. I want custom CSS but I forgot CSS, so I need you guys to help me out if you can do the CSS for me.
These are the things I want:

1. Clock's time in bold font (not the date also please)
2. Extensions to pop up lesser on hovering.

Please help if possible.

In the "Custom Style" section of the configuration, I put;
.digital { font-weight:bold; }
and that made the clock text bold.

I am uncertain about the second part. I only started using this plug-in a few hours ago, and haven't investigated "Extensions".
