Intermittent 403 Error on Startup

On app startup, we sometimes (not always) get:
POST https://api-ping.intercom.io/vjs/users/ping 403 (Forbidden)

and Intercom does not initialize. Haven't checked all conditions, but this is on localhost.

I get this too, I'm using this in the client/startup.js

IntercomSettings.userInfo = function(user, info) {
        info.email = Meteor.user().emails[0].address;
        info['name'] = `${Meteor.user().profile.first_name} ${Meteor.user().profile.last_name}`;
        info['role'] = Meteor.user().role;
        info.user_hash = user.intercomHash;
    };

Hi, i have the same error and got this response :
{type: "error.list", request_id: "xxxxxxxxxx",…} errors : [{code: "signature_mismatch", message: "Incorrect user_hash"}] 0 : {code: "signature_mismatch", message: "Incorrect user_hash"} request_id : "xxxxxxxxxx" type : "error.list"

Do you know why i got incorrect user_hash ? PS : I'm in a logged-in user mode.
