[Bug] - accelerate configuration commands need to be marked as NotImplemented

Same as #1439, but accelerate= query. Also, no DELETE.

To Reproduce
Same as #1439, but with the accelerate= query and minus the DELETE method.

Expected behavior
A NotImplemented error is returned.
