How can we get First name and put it into an answer?

I need to add this feature. When person tipes for example Change

it trows a message like this :
Hey [First Name]! 

Are your ready for a free overview of my favorite ways to find new income opportunities?

And is it possible to add timer so it sends another message after it? for example 30-60 seconds?
