Add fetchPolicy options

Would it be possible to add the fetchPolicy option similar to what's available in Apollo GraphQL hooks?

Apollo can do the SWR pattern using fetchPolicy: ‘cache-and-network’.

I'd like to see these options added:

cache-first
cache-and-network
network-only
cache-only
no-cache
