AI Elements for React Native (Expo)

hey!

loving ai elements so far for web development - any plans to support it on react native/expo? there is already [shadcn/ui for react native](https://github.com/founded-labs/react-native-reusables) and [tailwind for react native](https://github.com/nativewind/nativewind) 

I'm unsure about the challenges of porting it over and whether streamdown would still work?
