Add typescript-eslint to CI

I'm hitting typescript-eslint errors from the installed packages. Are there any plans to add this? I noticed a unit test command was recently added, so just pondering...

Hi @haydenbleasel I'm getting errors in code-block.tsx and reasoning.tsx

Although typescript-eslint didn't catch this, when running Vercel's next build, I ran into #123 as well

biome uses inferencing to do typescript checking and only on promises/awaits (i.e. one typescript-eslint rule), but it's not the same as performing actual type checking to avoid issues like the above. oxlint made an alpha version of a typescript-go compatible typescript linter if you're aiming for performance, but I haven't seen typescript-eslint being slow unless the code base is littered with errors already.
