Current amount can exceed original amount #118

Describe the bug
When editing a voucher code in the CMS the "Current Amount" can exceed the "Original Amount" of the voucher. Our client flagged this up as they didnt want users (That are managing the orders) to be able to edit vouchers to go higher than the amount purchased.
Steps to reproduce
Edit a Voucher Code (Gift Voucher > Voucher Codes)
