Possible to mount the .dat file from Persistence Plugin to access the data from another computer

Hi!
I use the Persistence Plugin to save files from a live Debian OS running on a Ventoy USB Key. This works great.
My question is: Is it possible to mount the ext4 partition from the .dat file on any other computer, to access the data created while on the live Debian OS session.
