How to make Termscp use the encrypted SSH key configured in the ~/.ssh/config file?

Below is the content I configured in the ~/.ssh/config file, but when I use the termscp UOS command, I get an error as shown in the attached image.
authentication failed (could not find any suitable RSA key to authenticate with)

Host UOS
        HostName 192.168.10.2
        Port 22
        User UOS
        IdentityFile ~/.ssh/UOS.pri

I found a solution. Using my situation as an example, you just need to pass the password through the -P option.Such as: termscp -P <your_passwd> UOS
