Sending a specific http response body with the http server source

Hello, is it possible to send a specific JSON body in responses using the http server source? I see it is possible to send specific headers; however, the docs don't mention a body.

I have an API endpoint sending POST requests that expects specific response bodies to signify successful transmission.

I see #14758 for this from 2023, but it has been stale for several years now.
