Need more information

So far, this is the best Masked textfield I've ever seen. However, your blog is offline and I need more information... for example, how can I create a mask that prefixes with fixed text. but then allows as much text after that prefix as I want?  

For example: a textfield that has the prefix of **http://** then I can type whatever I want after the double slash.
