Taking over package for BioConductor submission #38

Hello! Thank you so much for creating this package. It is integral to our RNAseq analysis package kimma https://github.com/BIGslu/kimma. We are working toward submitting kimma to Bioconductor. Unfortunately, this does not allow any GitHub dependencies. Would you be open to us absorbing lme4qtl's functions into kimma explicitly? You would be credited for authorship on the functions as well as a contributor to the kimma package overall. Please let me know and happy to discuss more!
