Annonars REST server only returns conservation when chrom name matches exactly

Describe the bug
When retrieving chr17 positions for GRCh37 coordinates, no results are returned for the UCSC conservation. For other variant annotation it works nicely. However, when removing the chr prefix then the UCSC conservation is also there.
