RegressionStudy: study.run() gives no printout of progress

Description

The RegressionStudy gives no output as it is running (on the tutorial_04_regression.ipynb) The notebook takes around 30-40 minutes to run on an M1 Max chip, and some feedback that the process
is running would be reassuring for less confident users.

The RiskEstimationStudy and ClassiferStudy classes both give a good output of the steps being taken, with a final output on the best model. it would be good to replicate this.

I can confirm that this issue occurs on colab and locally.
